Minister Bayraktar, drawing attention to the effects of the Iran war, stated, "We may make an assessment regarding both natural gas and electricity within the month of April."

Speaking about the claims of price increases, Minister Bayraktar said, "If the price of a barrel of oil increases by 1 dollar, Turkey's cost rises to 400 million dollars. While our support for electricity and natural gas continues, we have a support program worth 305 billion dollars. We plan to continue this. If the war continues in this way, this figure will reach 900 billion dollars. Of course, we will continue to provide this support to our citizens. Due to this crisis, we need to find around 600 billion dollars in our budget. We can make an assessment of both natural gas and electricity in April."
