Justice Minister Gürlek issued a statement regarding the investigation into the Ahbap Association, where artist Haluk Levent was detained. MINISTER GURLEK'S STATEMENT ON "AHBAP"
Stating that the goodwill of citizens was abused, Gürlek said that the judicial process was initiated based on findings that the collected aid money was transferred to personal accounts and used outside its intended purpose. Speaking on tv100, Gürlek said that the investigation would deepen in light of newly obtained evidence and that new waves of detentions could occur in the coming days.
