THE PRESIDENT CAN CHANGE RANK WAITING PERIODS
In case of deficiencies or excesses in the rank matching ratios in the force commands, the rank waiting periods can be changed by the president's decision. The rector of the National Defense University will be appointed by the president.

A municipality can be established in any settlement created due to new housing with a population of 5,000 and above.
TRIAL IN THE SUPREME COURT
It is foreseen that trials in the Supreme Court will be completed within three months. If the trial is not completed within this period, it will be definitively completed within three months. Members of the Council of Ministers who served before July 9, 2018, the president and members of the abolished Military Court of Cassation and Military High Administrative Court, chief prosecutors, and the Commander of the Gendarmerie can be tried in the Supreme Court for crimes committed before April 27, 2017.
ENTERPRISES CAN ALSO BE ESTABLISHED AS JOINT STOCK COMPANIES
Enterprises can also be established as joint stock companies. Public capital companies established as joint stock companies by the president will be exempt from the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code regarding establishment and registration.
APPOINTMENT AUTHORITY IS WITH THE PRESIDENT
The rector of the National Defense University will be appointed by the president. If the election method of YÖK members cannot be conducted by university boards within two weeks, the proposal will determine the ratio of foreign faculty members who will work in universities.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports can establish coordination offices. Members of the Economic and Social Council will be determined by the president. The working procedures and principles of the council will also be determined by the president.
