The captain of our national team, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, who plays for Italy's Serie A team Inter, has been nominated for the Ballon d'Or award. The national star stands out as the only Turkish player on the 30-player list, while 19-year-old young talent Arda Güler, who plays for Real Madrid, has also been included among the nominees for the Kopa Trophy, which is given to young footballers by the Ballon d'Or.

Inter, one of the major clubs in Italy's Serie A, national football player Hakan Çalhanoğlu has been included in the Ballon d'Or list.
