RAID ON MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY
According to a statement from the Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Command, teams from the Kızılcahamam District Gendarmerie Command and the District Agriculture Directorate conducted an inspection at a meat processing facility in the district.
During the searches, 40 tons of meat products deemed to threaten public health were intervened. As part of the operation, a judicial investigation was initiated against 2 individuals.
1.5 TONS OF SMUGGLED OLIVE OIL SEIZED
Meanwhile, teams from the Yenimahalle District Agriculture Directorate and District Gendarmerie Command also conducted an operation at a workplace operating in Demetevler neighborhood. During searches at the workplace, 1.5 tons of smuggled olive oil were seized.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
Authorities stated that examinations of the seized products are ongoing, while it was learned that an investigation has been initiated into the incident.
