In an operation carried out in Manisa, A.P. (39), one of the leaders of the Necati Arabacı criminal organization, was caught. The fugitive convict, who had a finalized prison sentence of 15 years and 6 months for the crime of establishing a criminal organization, was arrested by the court he was brought before.
İzmir Organized Crime and Intelligence Branch Directorate teams launched an investigation to capture A.P., who was reported to be in a managerial position within Necati Arabacı's criminal organization and had a finalized prison sentence. As a result of the investigations, it was determined that the fugitive convict was hiding in Manisa.

The address of A.P., who was sentenced to 15 years and 6 months of finalized imprisonment in the case tried at the İzmir 20th Heavy Penal Court for the crime of "establishing an organization to commit a crime," was determined. The 39-year-old fugitive was captured and taken into custody in an operation carried out by police teams in Manisa the previous day.
