A construction worker who went to Konya for work from Denizli rushed back after his neighbors reported, "A thief has broken into your house." The man, shocked after seeing the security camera footage, filed a complaint against his wife and relatives, claiming they took approximately 1 million lira worth of belongings without informing him.
The incident that took place in the Alparslan neighborhood of the Merkezefendi district in Denizli made people say, "Enough is enough." Construction worker M.T. received a notification from his neighbors that his house had been broken into while he was in Konya for work.
HE EXPERIENCED THE SHOCK OF HIS LIFE WHEN HE WATCHED THE CAMERA RECORDINGS
Rushing back to Denizli, M.T. was shocked by what he saw when he reviewed the security camera footage. In the camera images, he saw his wife and her relatives arriving at the house by car, loading the belongings into a truck they had prepared in advance, and leaving the scene. M.T. filed a complaint against his wife, her relatives, and unknown individuals who helped with the move. Following M.T.'s complaint, an investigation was launched against his wife R.T., her brother Y.E., her aunt H.K., her nephew A.K., her sister F.K., and her mother H.E., as well as those who assisted with the move.
NEARLY 1 MILLION LIRA IN DAMAGES
M.T. stated that he suffered significant material and moral damage due to the incident, claiming he incurred nearly 1 million lira in losses and lost his job due to the ordeal. He reported that he handed over the camera recordings to the police and wants the case to be resolved as soon as possible. "I normally live in Denizli, but I went to Konya for work. While I was working in Konya, my neighbors called me and said, 'Thieves have broken into your house.' I rushed back to Denizli. When I arrived in Denizli, I reviewed the security cameras in the area of my house. When I entered the house, the door was already broken, and they had taken all the belongings inside. Not only the belongings, but they also stole 18 quarter gold coins, 3 grams of gold, 2 pieces of 10-gram gold bars, a bracelet, and 50,000 TL. I reported these camera recordings to the police and I want the harshest punishment for them," he said.

M.T. stated that he suffered nearly 1 million lira in damages due to his wife and her relatives and that he lost his job during this period. "After watching the security cameras, I first saw them looking around with a vehicle and then entering the house. I later saw a transit vehicle arriving in front of the house and throwing the belongings from the second floor. Only heavy items like the refrigerator were left behind. I suffered nearly 1 million lira in damages because of my wife and her family. I couldn't work for almost a month after these events. I am currently a victim. I have no job. I took the camera recordings and went to the police station. The faces of the thieves are clearly visible. I want these individuals to receive the harshest punishment," he said.
