ONE OF ISRAEL'S STRONGEST SUPPORTERS
Graham, one of the most influential figures in the Republican Party on foreign policy, was among the strongest advocates of military and political support for Israel in the Senate.
Graham, who particularly supported tough policies against Hamas and Iran, had recently openly defended Israel's operations against Iran and stated that the U.S. should take harsher steps against Tehran.
