New administrative and tax courts will be established! Statement from Minister Tunç.

With the decision published in the Official Gazette, it was announced that new administrative and tax courts will be established in the provinces of Ağrı, Niğde, Şırnak, Tunceli, and Yalova.

The decision regarding the establishment of Administrative and Tax Courts and the determination of Judicial Districts by the Ministry of Justice has been published in the Official Gazette. According to the decision, an administrative court will be established in the provinces of Niğde, Şırnak, Tunceli, and Yalova, while a tax court will be established in the provinces of Ağrı and Şırnak.

STATEMENT FROM YILMAZ TUNÇ

After the decision was published in the Official Gazette, Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated, "We continue to take steps decisively to ensure that trials are concluded in a reasonable time, to ensure the timely delivery of justice, and to achieve specialization in the courts."

Tunç also wrote, "With the newly established courts, we have increased the number of provinces with established administrative courts to 65 and the number of provinces with established tax courts to 38. I hope that our newly established courts will be beneficial for our country, our nation, and our judiciary."
