In the MASAK report prepared for the investigation into AHBAP Association, it was stated that arrested Yeliz Kaya had a transaction volume worth billions of lira. While Kaya made allegations regarding some of Haluk Levent's commercial relations in her statement, the investigation also included money transfers to Akberg Wine and trademark applications for the brands "Ahbap Bira", "Ahbap Kahve", "Ahbap Su", and "Ahbaphane" on behalf of the Ahbap Association.

In the scope of the investigation into the AHBAP Association, the MASAK report prepared includes the bank transactions and statements of the arrested Yeliz Kaya, which have been added to the case file. Kaya's testimony contains striking allegations regarding some of Haluk Levent's commercial relationships, while trademark registrations made on behalf of the association have also been scrutinized in the investigation.

The report states that Haluk Levent's arrested assistant, Yeliz Kaya, had a transaction volume of 5 billion lira in 2024, 10 billion lira in 2025, and 4 billion lira in 2026.

STRIKING ALLEGATIONS ABOUT HALUK LEVENT

Yeliz Kaya, who gave testimony regarding bank accounts, checks, real estate transfers, and money movements linked to the AHBAP Association, also made allegations about Haluk Levent's commercial relationships.

In her testimony, Kaya said, "Haluk Levent sent money to Güney Köse, saying he would become a partner in a company called Akberg, but I don't know what happened. He also forged my signature on checks issued in my name."

WINERY DETAIL ADDED TO THE CASE FILE

In the investigation conducted based on Yeliz Kaya's statements, the allegation that Haluk Levent transferred millions of lira to Güney Köse, the founder of Akberg Wine in İzmir's Selçuk district, for partnership purposes has also been included in the case file.

Meanwhile, the case file also includes information that Güney Köse's wine house opened in Amsterdam, Netherlands, recently went bankrupt.

"AHBAP BEER" BRAND DRAWS ATTENTION

In the investigation, trademark registration applications made to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of the AHBAP Association have also been examined.

According to the case file, while registration applications were made for the brands "Ahbap Beer", "Ahbap Coffee", and "Ahbap Water" on behalf of the association, it was stated that a trademark registration was obtained for establishing food and beverage venues and hotels under the "Ahbaphane" brand. It was also noted that the "Ahbap Beer" brand covers beer, mineral water, fruit juice, and energy and protein-enriched sports drinks.
