In the investigation of the Alihan Kuris criminal organization conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a significant development occurred regarding the measures applied to Goknur Gida. Upon determining that the organization-linked share in the company was 13 percent, the decision to appoint a management trustee for the entire company was lifted.
Within the scope of the Alihan Kuris criminal organization investigation, a trustee had been appointed for the entirety of Goknur Gida. In detailed examinations conducted by the competent authorities as part of the investigation, it was determined that the share of the stakes considered to be linked to the criminal organization in Goknur Gida was 13 percent. Following this significant finding, a new evaluation was made in the legal process, and the management trusteeship measure imposed on the entire company was revoked.
MEASURE FOR THE 13 PERCENT SHARE WILL CONTINUE
The decision to remove the management trustee does not mean that judicial measures have completely ended. With the new decision, the seizure and judicial measure process on the 13 percent company share determined to be linked to the criminal organization within the scope of the investigation will continue. Thus, while enabling Goknur Gida's current management to independently continue its commercial activities, the legal control over the suspect shares subject to the investigation has been separated.
OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE COMPANY
Following the legal developments, an official statement was also made by Goknur Gida to inform the public and investors. In the statement, which noted that all information and documents submitted to the prosecutor's office within the scope of the investigation were fully returned to the company, the following expressions were included:
"With the decision of Ankara 6th Criminal Court of Peace dated 13.08.2026 and numbered 2026/9843 D.Iş, it was decided to appoint the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund as the management trustee for our Company, and this decision was announced in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 14.08.2026. On the same day (14.08.2026), with the decision of Ankara 8th Criminal Court of Peace dated 14.08.2026, it was decided to REMOVE THE TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT DECISION issued regarding our Company. In this context, our Company's current management structure and activities continue normally without any changes. Additionally, all information and documents belonging to our Company submitted to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of the investigation have been fully returned to our Company. Respectfully announced to the public and our investors."
