Two files regarding the lifting of legislative immunity belonging to CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır were submitted to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. The presidential letters were referred to the Joint Commission.

Two immunity files belonging to CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır were submitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) Presidency.

DOCUMENTS REFERRED TO THE JOINT COMMISSION

The presidential decrees regarding the lifting of legislative immunity for Özel and Bayındır were referred by the Assembly Presidency to the Joint Commission composed of members from the Constitution and Justice Committees.
