In a program he attended, Zeybekci, the Vice President responsible for Economic Affairs of the AK Party, stated, "A retirement pension of 15,000 TL is not sufficient." He added, "What would happen if we raised it to 100,000 TL? We can do it. The Central Bank is in our hands; we can print money and distribute it. If printing money increased prosperity, there would be no hunger in the world."
AK Party's Vice President Responsible for Economic Affairs Zeybekci made striking evaluations during his appearance on Armağan Çağlayan's program.

Zeybekci, who stated that "a 15,000 TL pension is not sufficient," said, "What if we made it 100,000 TL? We can do it. The Central Bank is in our hands, we can print and distribute money. If we had increased people's welfare by printing money, distributing money, and giving money, if we had made them live in better conditions and able to consume more, there would be no hunger or poverty in the world today. If wealth had increased by printing money, there would be no hunger in the world."
"IF THE MINIMUM WAGE WERE 52,000 TL..."
Continuing his remarks, Zeybekci emphasized production, stating, "As long as you do not increase the amounts of eggs, meat, and other consumer goods that citizens will buy, the money you distribute will automatically reflect as inflation. If the minimum wage were not 22,000 TL but 52,000 TL, rents would immediately rise from 5,000 TL to 15,000 TL."
