STATEMENT FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE

The Ağrı Governor's Office issued a statement in response to public outrage, announcing that an investigation has been launched regarding the footage. The statement said, "It has been deemed necessary to inform the public regarding the inappropriate images involving small children shared in the press and on social media."

THE SUSPECT IS 17 YEARS OLD
