The teams of the Karaman Provincial Gendarmerie Command received information that excavation was being carried out with a construction machine in Güldere village to search for treasure. The teams initiated operations both on the ground and from the air with a drone in the specified area as part of the 'Anatolian Heritage' operations.

DETECTED BY DRONE AND CAUGHT RED-HANDED

As a result of the operation, M.T., M.D., F.T., M.M.S., M.A., K.G., İ.T., A.K., A.Ö., S.U., E.G., M.A., Ö.Ö., and R.K. were caught red-handed while excavating with 2 construction machines. Two construction machines, one detector, one area scanning device, and various excavation materials were seized. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
