An operation was carried out as part of an investigation into “tender rigging” and “embezzlement” targeting Bolu Municipality. Four people, including Deputy Mayor Rasim Özdemir, were detained in the operation. Searches were conducted at the suspects’ addresses and in their rooms at the municipality.
