"LET IT BE A DEBT FROM TURKEY'S MOST TRUSTED PERSON"
According to the news in Turkiye Newspaper; one of the victims in question was contractor Orhan Inan, who owns 10 villas in Pinarhisar, Kirklareli. According to the claim, the process began when detained suspects Emin Arat and Nejdet Kuy mediated and proposed Orhan Inan's villas to the Ahbap Association. It was alleged that the suspects showed fake bank receipts and promised that a massive fund would come from abroad. It was claimed that Haluk Levent, who stepped in to convince the suspicious contractor Inan, exerted pressure and emotional exploitation by saying, "I don't take property from anyone by force; I am Turkey's most trusted person. Let it be a debt from Haluk Levent if the property isn't sold. This is the Ahbap Association; we don't have time for idle talk."
TRANSFERRED THE VILLAS TO HIS ASSISTANT AND SOLD THEM AT BARGAIN PRICES
Within the framework of the devised plan, the villas were first transferred to Haluk Levent's assistant, Yeliz Kaya. In exchange for the villas transferred under the pretext of creating resources for the association and closing market debts, Inan was given 5 million TL in cash, 450 million TL in promissory notes, and later, in a panic atmosphere, a 145 million TL personal collateral bond. However, with the start of the investigation and the explosion of check lawsuits, it was revealed that 8 of the villas, normally worth 14.5 million TL each, were hastily sold within 4 days for bargain prices such as 4 million TL. It was also determined that 10 apartments in Cerkezkoy were quickly disposed of using the same method.
HEART ATTACK AT THE COURTHOUSE AND JUDICIAL CONTROL

EARTHQUAKE HOUSING DOWN PAYMENT RETURNED AS DEBT
Another striking detail in the file emerged from the statements of arrested suspect Nejdet Kuy. Kuy, the owner of the company that sold steel houses to the Ahbap Association, said that he sent back 70 million TL of the down payment deposited to his company for 352 steel houses planned to be built in the earthquake zone, as a debt to Haluk Levent.
Meanwhile, allegations that Haluk Levent used a similar method to purchase a shopping mall in Luleburgaz for 400 million lira without paying for it were added to the investigation file.
