In this context, CHP Group Leader Özgür Özel, and Turgut Koç, known for his close ties to CHP member Veli Ağbaba, are expected to go to the courthouse today to testify again as part of the investigation.
Koç's testimony is considered significant due to allegations that before the congress, bargaining took place with some delegates involving money, political positions, and promises of mayoral seats.

PREVIOUSLY MADE REMARKABLE CLAIMS
Turgut Koç had made striking statements in his previous supplementary testimony regarding the 38th Ordinary Congress process. Koç claimed that on the day of the congress, he sent 10,000 TL via Garanti Bank to an Ankara Etimesgut delegate to support Özgür Özel. Koç alleged that as a result of this payment, two congress delegates supported Özgür Özel.
MAYORAL PROMISE ALLEGATION ENTERED THE FILE
Another claim in Koç's testimony concerned the then Edirne Mayor Recep Gürkan. Koç alleged that Gürkan was promised the mayoral position in the new term in return for supporting Özgür Özel.
Koç also claimed that during the congress process, contact was made with some delegates not only through money but also through promises of political positions and candidacies.
YALOVA AND DELEGATE BARGAINING ALLEGATIONS ALSO CAME TO THE AGENDA
In his previous statements, Turgut Koç also claimed that he arranged a meeting for Gebze CHP District Chair Gökhan Orhan from Kocaeli with Ekrem İmamoğlu at the IMM Digital Communication Center. Koç stated that Onursal Adıgüzel arranged the appointment for this meeting, and claimed that after the meeting, some individuals supported Özgür Özel.
Koç also said that during the congress week, he took the provincial chairs of Yalova, Bolu, and Sakarya to Özgür Özel's election coordination center, and alleged that bargaining was conducted over the Yalova Mayor's position.
