The assets of Özkan Yalım, the CHP mayor of Uşak who was arrested as part of a 'corruption' investigation, have been seized. By the decision of the Peace Criminal Court, a trustee from the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) was appointed to Yalım's seized companies. According to the information reflected in the investigation file, it was determined that Yalım had 34 vehicles and 114 real estate registered in his name.
A new decision has been made regarding Uşak Mayor Özkan Yalım, who was arrested as part of a corruption investigation. The Peace Criminal Court ruled for the confiscation of Yalım's assets, while the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) was appointed as the trustee for his companies.

According to the information reflected in the investigation file, it was determined that Yalım has 34 vehicles and 114 real estate registered in his name. It was found that a significant portion of these assets had been transferred to different names.
IT HAS EMERGED THAT HE TRANSFERRED HIS VEHICLES AND REAL ESTATE TO HIS ADVISOR
Investigations revealed that 33 vehicles and 83 real estate properties were transferred to Yalım's advisor Cihan Aras. Additionally, it was determined that a total of 34 million 125 thousand liras were circulated in cash during the transfer process and injected into the system.
