Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif announced that his country could utilize its nuclear capacity within the framework of the strategic agreement signed with Saudi Arabia. Asif emphasized the importance of Muslim countries collaborating in defense.

Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated that his country's nuclear capabilities could be utilized under the recently signed strategic mutual defense agreement with Saudi Arabia.

Speaking to Geo News television, Asif responded to the question of whether Pakistan's nuclear assets would be used under the agreement by saying, "The capacity we have can definitely be utilized under this agreement."

Regarding the possibility of other Arab countries joining the agreement, Asif said, "I cannot say anything definitive yet, but I must emphasize that the doors are open." Asif stressed that it is a "fundamental right" for Muslim countries to defend their regions and peoples together.

JOINT RESPONSE TO ATTACKS ON 2 COUNTRIES

Asif emphasized that the agreement is not against any country and is a defensive arrangement, stating that any potential attacks on Pakistan or Saudi Arabia would be responded to jointly. Minister Asif also argued that Afghan territory continues to be used for terrorist attacks against Pakistan, saying, "I clearly state that Afghanistan is a dangerous country."
