In an interview with Haberler.com, Palestinian researcher and writer Muin Naim stated that the brutality in Gaza has intensified with the Israel-Iran war. Naim said, "After Iran, the next target is Turkey; a journalist close to Netanyahu clearly stated this."
Palestinian researcher and writer Muin Naim evaluated Israel's attacks on Iran and developments in the region with Melis Yaşar at Haberler.com. Naim stated that the next country on Israel's target list could be Turkey, making striking remarks.
"THE MASSACRE IN GAZA HAS PICKED UP SPEED"
While evaluating Israel's attacks on Iran, Palestinian researcher and writer Muin Naim pointed out that the brutality in Gaza has been overlooked during this process. Naim said, "I wish everyone had the sensitivity and awareness you have on this issue. Because while we are discussing the attacks on Iran, the war in Gaza is still ongoing but not on the agenda. The Israeli occupying state has increased its attacks on civilians in Gaza by making the massacres in Iran a topic of discussion. For example, interestingly, in the last four days, every morning, there is an American aid organization, as you know. By sidelining the United Nations and national organizations, an aid organization was established under Israeli aid control, claiming to deliver aid to Gaza. Unfortunately, for the past five days, Palestinians trying to reach that aid organization's center have been fired upon every day without exception, and bombs are being dropped."
"ISRAEL HAS NO BORDERS, ITS MENTALITY IS FOCUSED ON EXPANSION"
Pointing out that Israel's borders are still unclear in the international arena, Naim stated, "To this day, Israel is the only country in the United Nations with undefined borders. They themselves do not know or disclose their borders. Why? Because they have a mentality aimed at expansion."
He also added that behind the attack on Iran, Israel aims to sabotage negotiations: "The night before Israel attacked Iran, nuclear negotiations were set to begin between the U.S. and Iran on Sunday. What happened? Israel started the war. Perhaps Iran could have reached an agreement."
"AFTER IRAN, THE TARGET IS TURKEY"
Naim clarified that the next step in Israel's regional strategy is Turkey with the following statements:
"Why did they target Iran? First, they said, 'they have chemical weapons.' Then it was understood that they did not have nuclear weapons; they lied. But they finished Iran. Now Sudan is also subjected to the same scenario. Are you asking if Turkey is a target? Just 24 hours ago, a journalist very close to Netanyahu said, 'Now that we have finished Iran, our target is Turkey.' Clear. I am not saying this; they are saying it. I have been explaining this for years. They can never accept a Turkey stronger than Israel."
