A passenger bus in Pakistan's Balochistan province lost control due to speeding and rolled into a riverbed. Four people, including a woman and a baby, died in the accident, while 26 others were injured. Authorities reported that seven people with severe head injuries are in critical condition.

VEERED OUT OF CONTROL AND PLUNGED INTO RIVERBED
The accident occurred on the M-8 highway in Balochistan province. According to local authorities, the passenger bus traveling from Kharan to Larkana went out of control between Sawandi and Barija. It is claimed that the driver lost control of the steering wheel due to excessive speed. The swerving bus rolled into a riverbed on the roadside.
BABY AND WOMAN ALSO LOST THEIR LIVES
In the accident, 4 people, including a woman and a baby, lost their lives at the scene. The 26 people on the bus were injured.
CONDITION OF 7 INJURED IS CRITICAL
Upon notification, health and rescue teams were dispatched to the region. While the injured were taken to nearby hospitals, it was reported that the condition of 7 people who suffered severe head trauma is critical. It was announced that the severely injured were transferred to Larkana for further treatment.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
Pakistan police confirmed that the accident occurred due to excessive speed, and an investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
