President Erdoğan stated, "We are witnessing the bankruptcy of international organizations in wars that pain the conscience of all humanity." Emphasizing that the world is larger than five, President Erdoğan said, "The UN Security Council has failed; it has turned into a structure that prioritizes the interests of the five permanent members." Referring to Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip, President Erdoğan said, "Israel is committing a crime against humanity by blocking humanitarian aid in Gaza, which it has turned into an open-air prison," and added, "History will not forgive those who remain silent in the face of the increasing brutality in Gaza and Lebanon." TURKEY'S LETTER ON THE WORLD AGENDAPointing out that Turkey's letter demanding the halt of arms and ammunition shipments to Israel has been published as a UN document, President Erdoğan stated, "It is essential for responsible states to take coercive measures against Israel, which the international system has not stopped." Addressing the Russia-Ukraine War, President Erdoğan emphasized that Turkey is ready to take on any facilitating role to end the Russia-Ukraine War. In his statement regarding Russia's update of its nuclear doctrine, President Erdoğan said, "NATO officials should thoroughly evaluate this step."
