President Erdoğan stated that the relations between Turkey and Bulgaria have developed with significant steps taken in every field, and that efforts are ongoing to advance cooperation in the defense industry and energy sectors.
THE RUSSIA-UKRAINE WAR IS ON THE AGENDA
President Erdoğan expressed that efforts are ongoing to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, and that Bulgaria's sensitive policy on this issue is being closely monitored, stating that Turkey is working to bring the parties together in Istanbul to ensure peace in the region.
President Erdoğan also celebrated Bulgarian President Radev's upcoming birthday during the meeting.
