Russian President Putin made a flash statement last night. Putin stated that he is determined to negotiate with Ukraine and called for a ceasefire. He said they are ready to meet with Ukraine unconditionally on May 15.
In his statement, Putin used the following expressions; "We declare our victory and announce that we are declaring a ceasefire for the third time. Turkey has worked hard for peace. We propose to restart unconditional direct talks with Ukraine in Istanbul on May 15."
Putin also added that he would discuss the matter with President Erdoğan.
