In the İnegöl district of Bursa, a total administrative fine of 786,784 TL was imposed on an unlicensed driver who fled with a vehicle equipped with illegal flashing lights without heeding the police's "stop" warning, as well as on the vehicle owner. It was determined that the driver, caught after a 10-kilometer chase, had previously had their license confiscated due to alcohol, and the said vehicle was banned from traffic for 90 days.

In the İnegöl district of Bursa, an unlicensed driver who fled after ignoring the police's stop warning in a car with an unauthorized flashing light device was caught following a 10-kilometer chase. The driver and the vehicle owner were fined a total of 786,784 lira in administrative penalties, and the car was impounded from traffic for 90 days.

CAUGHT AFTER A 10-KILOMETER CHASE

During inspections conducted by the Traffic Office teams of the District Police Department, a car with license plate 06 ESU 219, equipped with an unauthorized flashing light device, was ordered to stop. The driver, H.Ç., ignored the police's warning and fled, but was stopped after a chase lasting approximately 10 kilometers. An investigation revealed that H.Ç.'s license had previously been confiscated due to drunk driving.

RECORD FINE FOR DRIVER AND VEHICLE OWNER

As part of the penal actions taken by the teams, fines were imposed on the driver and vehicle owner for various violations:

Driver H.Ç.: Fined a total of 573,392 TL, including 173,392 TL for using a car with flashing lights, 200,000 TL for driving without a license, and 200,000 TL for ignoring the stop warning.

Vehicle Owner: Fined a total of 213,392 TL in administrative penalties, including 173,392 TL for allowing the use of a car with flashing lights and 40,000 TL for allowing an unlicensed person to drive the vehicle.

The car, subjected to a total fine of 786,784 TL, was impounded from traffic for 90 days under customs and traffic regulations. It was reported that legal proceedings have been initiated against the driver H.Ç.
