The citizen, who expressed that his neighbor did not wake up despite the alarm sound that almost woke up the whole neighborhood, reacted to the situation with the video he took.

A citizen in Maltepe district of Istanbul expressed his reaction to his neighbor who does not wake up despite the alarms ringing every day.

"IT HAS BECOME DISTURBING"

The citizen, who reacted to the alarm sound that woke up the whole neighborhood and recorded those moments, said, "It has been ringing for an hour and he still hasn't woken up. It has become disturbing. It's the same thing every day. It starts at 8:00 am every morning and lasts until 9:00-9:30 am."
