While the war between Russia and Ukraine continues unabated, Major General Nikolay Plotnikov appeared on Russian state television and brought up the idea of invading three European countries. Plotnikov stated that the occupation and annexation of Narva in Estonia, Daugavpils in Latvia, and Klaipeda in Lithuania is necessary to be included in Russian territory.

Plotnikov said that Putin should "correct the historical mistakes of Lenin and Stalin" and invade some European countries. Plotnikov listed some European countries that have connections with Russia.

The Russian official said that Narva in Estonia, Daugavpils in Latvia, and Klaipeda in Lithuania should be invaded and joined to Russian territories. These countries, located in the Baltic region, are also prominent as NATO members.
"THEY WILL FACE THE CONSEQUENCES"
Plotnikov, who also works as a political expert and academician in addition to his duties in the army, spoke on state television. Plotnikov said, "The people in these countries should stop supporting Ukraine, otherwise they will face the consequences." If Russia attacks these countries, other NATO countries have the option to retaliate against Russia under Article 5 of NATO.
