The Ministry of National Defense announced that Specialist Sergeant Cebrail Acar was martyred in the terrorist attack in the Claw-Lock region. The Ministry also stated that 2 terrorists were neutralized in the conflict.
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that a soldier was martyred in the Claw-Lock Operation area.
In a statement from the MSB, it was stated that Specialist Sergeant Cebrail Acar was martyred during contact with members of the separatist terrorist organization today, and that 2 terrorists were neutralized during the contact.
The statement included the following words: "We express our deepest sorrow and condolences to the grieving family and the Turkish Armed Forces and noble nation for our esteemed martyr who lost his life in this incident that deeply saddens us."

In a message issued due to the martyrdom of Specialist Sergeant Cebrail Acar, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler stated the following: "On behalf of myself and the members of the Ministry of National Defense, I extend my condolences and patience to the grieving family and the noble nation for our heroic martyr."
