In the Turkish Grand National Assembly's Planning and Budget Commission, the words of TİP MP Sera Kadıgil regarding Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin raised tensions. Kadıgil stated, "The direct perpetrator of the deaths of 16 children at MESEM is Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin." In response, Tekin said, "This is unacceptable behavior; I invite you to act with morality and courtesy. There is no need for immorality." Tekin then left the commission.
The budget of the Ministry of National Education was discussed in the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission. Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin made a presentation in the commission.
KADIGIL'S SHARP REACTION TO MINISTER TEKIN
In the commission, the words of Sera Kadıgil, the Istanbul Deputy of the Workers' Party of Turkey (TİP), towards Minister Tekin stirred the atmosphere. Bringing up the students who lost their lives at the Vocational Education Center (MESEM), Kadıgil said to Minister Tekin, "The direct culprit of the death of 16 children at MESEM is the Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin."

Minister Tekin responded sharply to Kadıgil. Minister Tekin stated, "This is unacceptable behavior, I invite you to morality and courtesy. There is no need for immorality." Tekin then left the commission.
