WENT OUT WITH A VEHICLE MARKED "OFFICIAL SERVICE ONLY"
The Istanbul Police Department's Traffic Inspection Branch teams initiated an investigation regarding the vehicle seen on Cevdet Paşa Street in Beşiktaş, which was on the road with an 'official service only' card, as shared on some social media platforms. It was determined through license plate checks that the vehicle belonged to businessman Burak Ateş and that it was assigned to his model girlfriend Şevval Şahin.
INVESTIGATION AGAINST ŞEVVAL ŞAHİN'S BOYFRIEND
As part of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, a person named M.A., was apprehended. Administrative fines were imposed on the apprehended driver M.A. and the vehicle owner, businessman Burak Ateş, for violations including 'placing, writing, or having advertisements, writings, signs, images, shapes, symbols, announcements, flags, banners, and similar items on vehicles without permission or without being recorded in the vehicle's registration records, as well as not using seat belts and having audio and visual equipment.'
The driver M.A., whose statement was taken at the police station, was subjected to legal action for the crime of "Forgery in Official Documents."
