In the investigation regarding "indecent behavior" and "exhibitionism" related to footage from a concert by the music group Manifest, the suspects were released under judicial control measures prohibiting them from leaving the country.
An investigation has been launched regarding the +18 labeled concert organized by the Manifest group at Küçükçiftlik Park. In a statement, the prosecutor's office described the concert as "an attack on the community's sense of modesty, honor, and decency, which negatively affects and harms the feelings of children and young people."
As part of the investigation into the 'indecent acts' and 'exhibitionism' during a concert by the music group Manifest, a decision has been made regarding the suspects. The suspects were released with a judicial control measure prohibiting them from leaving the country.
WHAT HAPPENED?
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation was initiated ex officio for "Indecent Acts" and "Exhibitionism" due to the dances and performances at the concert of the Manifest Group at Küçükçiftlik Park.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated:
"Upon the determination of actions and movements that violate and harm the common sense of decency (honor and modesty) possessed by society, which constitutes an important part of cultural values, and that are of a nature that attacks the feelings of decency, modesty, honor, and morality, and negatively affect the feelings of children and young people..."
The Erzurum concert was also canceled.
Manifest, which was set to perform in Erzurum as part of its Turkey tour, faced an unexpected situation. The Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality canceled the concert, citing the group's stage costumes as the reason.
