A 48-year-old man who went fishing at Tozluyan Waterfall in Bursa slipped and dislocated the plate in his hip bone. Due to the steep and rugged terrain, he was unable to walk and was airlifted to the hospital for evacuation.
Hasan Ülkü (48), who went fishing at Tozluyan Waterfall in the Derekızıl neighborhood of Kestel district in Bursa, had the plate in his hip bone dislocated when he slipped. Unable to get up from where he fell, Ülkü called the 112 Emergency Call Center for help. Following the report, AFAD Search and Rescue, UMKE, gendarmerie, and NGO search and rescue teams, along with dog search teams, were dispatched to the area.
HE WAS AIRLIFTED TO THE HOSPITAL
The first intervention for Ülkü, whom the teams reached, was performed at the scene. Since Ülkü was unable to walk, a helicopter was requested for evacuation due to the steep and rugged terrain. Hasan Ülkü, who was taken to the helicopter on a stretcher by the teams, is receiving treatment at Bursa City Hospital where he was transferred. Meanwhile, the rescue operation was also captured on camera second by second.
