Levent Şahin, who was reversing the service minibus in front of his house, failed to notice his 1.5-year-old son Yakup Emir Şahin behind the vehicle. GRIEVING MOTHER AND FATHER FAINTED
The body of the deceased young child was taken to the morgue of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Serik Cemetery Directorate. Upon receiving the sad news, the family came to the morgue to collect the body. Father Levent Şahin, mother Fatma Şahin, and their relatives, who received their child's body there, experienced great sorrow. During the delivery of the body, the grieving mother and father fainted, while their relatives could not hold back their tears.
After the procedures were completed, Yakup Emir Şahin's body was handed over to his family. It was learned that the young child's body would be buried in the Gebiz Neighborhood Central Cemetery before the noon prayer today.
