SHOCK AFTER A THREE-DAY, THREE-NIGHT WEDDING

The incident occurred in the Çomakdağ Kızılağaç neighborhood of Milas. The wedding of Mustafa Ateşoğlu from Milas and Mamura Culponova from Uzbekistan lasted three days and three nights. Many guests gathered at the wedding, where local traditions were kept alive, and night oil wrestling events were also held.

After the wedding, the family noticed that the bride was not at home. During the check, it was claimed that the gold and jewelry presented at the wedding could not be found. FAMILY FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT WITH THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Following the events, the Ateşoğlu family filed a criminal complaint with the Milas Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Upon the order of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an investigation was launched by the Milas Police Department teams.

The teams conducted efforts to find the bride and determine the fate of the jewelry reported missing.

Within the scope of the investigation, the woman, who was alleged to have taken the gold, was detained. In her initial statement, the detained woman claimed that she did not take all the gold and jewelry presented at the wedding.

It was learned that in her statement, Burkhonova said her husband constantly threatened and insulted her, which made her afraid and unable to apply to the police.

According to the bride's statement, on the day of the incident, she went to her mother's house in İkiztaş. Burkhonova claimed that she only took 20 quarter gold coins and 226 thousand TL in cash with her, and that the other gold was with her father-in-law.

Burkhonova also made a statement about the phone, claiming that her husband had given her the phone she used with her own consent.

It was learned that no missing gold was found during the search conducted by police teams at the house where the woman was detained. It was reported that the investigation continues to determine where the jewelry is and how the incident occurred.
