Stating that Galatasaray will remain in the title race, Sergen Yalçın predicted, ''For one thing, I never think Galatasaray will drop out of the title race. Let me tell you that. In other words, whoever competes will compete with Galatasaray. I said this at the beginning of the season too.''
The new head coach of the Turkish National Team, Sergen Yalçın, evaluated Trabzonspor's 2-0 victory over Beşiktaş on KAFA Sports screens.
''WE NEED TO CONGRATULATE''
Evaluating Trabzonspor's victory, Sergen Yalçın said, We need to congratulate Trabzonspor. They are going well. Well, actually the expectation was in that direction too. I mean, there was a logic in many press organizations, in the media, everyone was talking that Trabzonspor was more ahead, but the game was not quite like that; the score was like that, but the game was not quite like that.
''WHOEVER WILL CONTEND WILL CONTEND WITH GALATASARAY''
Sergen Yalçın, stating that Galatasaray will remain in the championship race, commented, I never think that Galatasaray will drop out of the championship race, for one. Let me tell you that. I mean, whoever will contend will contend with Galatasaray. I said this at the beginning of the season too. Because they have a strong squad. If Galatasaray, despite being criticized this much, being this out of form, with low individual performances and low team performance, is in the leader position with 19 points, it means they are a serious candidate for this championship.
