Recently, Nefise held a Q&A session with her followers, and in response to a question from a follower asking, "Sister, do you have a relationship?" she replied, "I don't have a relationship. I think a relationship would affect me. Both in the competition and in daily life. I'm already a stressful person. There's no need for more stress. Our hearts are empty."

Karatay praised Survivor host Murat Ceylan in a statement to Magazin Burada. Saying, "I really like Murat Ceylan," Karatay added, "In Turkey, they mention Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and Kenan İmirzalıoğlu. Murat Ceylan. Incredibly handsome. When I was coming to the game area, I looked at him, and my energy was full. My dream. I can't take my eyes off him, and I don't look too much. His style, physique. SHE HAD DECLARED HER LOVE FOR FANIS
Nefise Karatay, who finished second in Survivor All Star, declared her love for Fanis Boletsis after the games with the Greek contestants. Nefise expressed her feelings about Fanis: "Oh my God, my love, I mean, I’m crazy about that guy, his coolness, his relaxed shoulders, his masculine moves, he attracts me so much, he is incredibly handsome. I fell in love with that guy, his charisma drives me crazy. Fanis has a special place in my heart; I hope he becomes the champion. I want to be in the blue team and be in contact with Fanis constantly."
