In the Orhaneli district of Bursa, 367 people who ate chicken rice served at a circumcision wedding applied to hospitals with complaints of nausea and vomiting. While 74 people were transferred to central hospitals by ambulances, it was stated that the condition of 23 patients still undergoing treatment was good. Food and water samples were taken, and a judicial and administrative investigation was launched into the incident.
It has been reported that an administrative and judicial investigation has been launched regarding 367 people falling ill after a circumcision wedding meal in the Orhaneli district of Bursa.
FULL 367 PEOPLE APPLIED TO EMERGENCY SERVICE
In a statement from the Provincial Health Directorate, it was stated that 367 people who fell ill due to the meal served at the circumcision wedding yesterday applied to Orhaneli State Hospital as well as various hospitals throughout the night.
23 PEOPLE CONTINUE TREATMENT
In the statement, which noted that 74 people who applied to Orhaneli State Hospital were transferred to hospitals in the city center by ambulances, the following statements were included:
"Most of the patients have been discharged with full recovery, and the general condition of the 23 patients still receiving treatment is good. Acting in coordination with the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, food samples were taken, and water samples were also taken by our Orhaneli District Health Directorate teams. A judicial and administrative investigation has been initiated regarding the incident."

Yesterday, some guests who ate the chicken pilaf served at a circumcision wedding held in Karıncalı Neighborhood became ill after a while. Many people who applied to hospitals with complaints of nausea and vomiting were taken under treatment.
