After the clashes between the Syrian army and the terrorist organization YPG/SDG, a critical statement came from Syrian President Shara. Shara announced that a ceasefire agreement had been reached. Shara also stated, "State institutions will enter the three provinces in the east and northeast (occupied by YPG/SDG)." Additionally, the articles of the agreement reached between the Damascus administration and the terrorist organization were also announced.

Critical developments are taking place in the clashes that started between the terrorist organization YPG/PYD and the Syrian army in Syria. The Syrian army had given a deadline until the New Year to the terrorist organization SDF, which did not comply with the March 10 agreement. However, the organization insisted on the process without being integrated in all areas.

In response, the Damascus administration launched an operation against SDF targets in Aleppo. The Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods were cleared of the organization, ending the SDF presence in Aleppo. Continuing its advance west of the Euphrates, the Syrian army captured Deir Hafir, then Meskene, Tabqa, and Deir ez-Zor. The Syrian army also besieged Raqqa from the west.
