The claim that every place in the UAE would be a legitimate target for Turkey in the event of an attack by the United Arab Emirates on Iran has resonated widely in the public. The Communications Directorate, which denied reports published in some media outlets, stated, "There is no statement or assessment made in this regard by the official institutions of the Republic of Turkey."
The claim raised on platform X that "if the United Arab Emirates attacks Iran, every place in the UAE will be a legitimate target for Turkey" has sparked controversy.
A denial came from the Presidency's Communication Directorate's Disinformation Combat Center regarding reports published in some media outlets.
In a statement made on DMM's account on NSosyal regarding the claims, it was noted: "There has been no statement or assessment made in this regard by the official institutions of the Republic of Turkey. Turkey advocates a stance and policy aimed at maintaining peace and stability based on diplomacy, dialogue, and international law, rather than escalating regional tensions. It is strongly requested that the public only relies on the statements of official authorities."
