'Talent For BIZ' Career Event In London Introduces Major Turkish Organizations To Youth

Participants learn about job opportunities offered by companies operating on international scale.

Turkish organizations and companies operating at an international level participated in the Talent For BIZ career fair in London on Saturday.
Among the companies present were Turkiye's top news source Anadolu Agency, national flag carrier Turkish Airlines, Ziraat Bank and defense industry firm Havelsan.
The event was sponsored by the Human Resources Office of the Turkish Presidency, and the participants got a chance to learn more about the culture and operational structures of the companies, as well as future job opportunities.
Joseph Nalbantoglu, one of the attendees, said he enjoyed being part of the event which provided him a great deal of information for career guidance in the future.
"I think the event was really productive. I visited several booths, including TRT World and Aselsan," said Sinem Islek, a student at the Department of Development Studies, SOAS University of London.
The Talent For BIZ career event, aimed at introducing young talents to global Turkish companies, was also held in the Netherlands on May 14. The next program is slated for May 27 and 28 in Cologne, Germany.
The event will also be arranged in the US, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Uzbekistan in September and October. -
