A dispute between a Russian couple living in the Alanya district of Antalya, who are in the process of getting a divorce, ended in bloodshed. The woman, who was stabbed multiple times in various parts of her body, was taken to the hospital, while the attacking husband was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.
A dispute broke out between M.G., a Russian national living in the Alanya district of Antalya, and her husband A.G., with whom she is in the process of divorce, in front of the site where they reside in Mahmutlar neighborhood.
SHE STABBED HER HUSBAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET DURING DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS
According to the allegations, as the argument escalated, M.G. stabbed A.G. in various parts of his body. Upon notification, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured A.G. was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the first intervention. It was reported that the woman was not in life-threatening condition.
CAUGHT IN A SHORT TIME
Gendarmerie teams detained M.G. along with the weapon used in the crime. It was reported that the suspect's procedures at the police station are ongoing.
