TFF 2nd League team Ankaragücü reached an agreement with former referee Ali Palabıyık for the position of Youth Infrastructure Coordinator, which was vacated by Cengiz Paça.

The capital's representative Ankaragücü, competing in the TFF 2nd League, made a notable change in its youth infrastructure management. The yellow-navy club brought in former FIFA badge referee Ali Palabıyık to replace Cengiz Paça, who left his position.

''WE PARTED WAYS BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT''

Departing Youth Infrastructure Coordinator Cengiz Paça stated in his statement about the separation process that the decision was made jointly. Paça said, 'We reached this decision by coming together with our President İlhami Alparslan and our Technical Director Recep Karatepe. Our President informed me that I am only leaving my current position and that the club wants to benefit from my football experience in the future. I thank both my president and our technical director for the prideful words spoken towards me during the meeting.'

ALİ PALABIYIK WILL ASSUME AN ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE

The Ankaragücü administration, which acted without delay to fill the Youth Infrastructure Coordinator position vacated by Cengiz Paça, shook hands with former referee Ali Palabıyık. It was learned that Palabıyık will be responsible mostly for administrative processes at the club, and another name may be added to the staff to carry out on-field and technical tasks accordingly.
