A suspect who portrayed himself as connected to MIT and public administrators by posting AI-generated photos on social media in Gaziantep has been detained.

In Gaziantep, B.N.E., who used artificial intelligence-generated photos to show himself in contact with MIT and public administrators, was detained by security teams.

HE MADE FAKE PHOTOS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

It was determined that B.N.E., who is known to reside in Gaziantep, had been producing AI-supported content showing himself in contact with public administrators and units and sharing it on social media accounts for a long time. Sharing photos as if he had meetings with people including MIT Director İbrahim Kalın and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, B.N.E. was detained by Gaziantep Security Branch Directorate teams.
