Famous actor Ümit Erdim made a striking statement during a program he attended. Erdim claimed that his annual agreement with Petrol Ofisi was canceled after a group photo that included Bilal Erdoğan.

Erdim stated that he attended an event hosted by Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Batuhan Mumcu, saying, "A group photo of about 30 people was taken. The photo taken at the event, which included famous names like Oğuzhan Koç, Mus-Car (Mustafa Akan), Eser Yenenler, Sefo, and Volkan Demirel, became a topic of discussion on social media when it was shared on Batuhan Mumcu's Instagram account."

Erdim noted that he became a trending topic on social media after the photo was shared, stating, "Those who know me know that I am far from politics. There were 30 of us in the photo, but when it comes to Mr. Bilal, that photo became an event. We have neither partisanship nor anything else." He explained the process he experienced with these statements.

Erdim stated that at that time, he was involved in social media projects related to the Turkey Rally Championship calendar of Petrol Ofisi, saying, "We had an annual agreement. Normally, this agreement was supposed to last until December. But they stopped the work because I was in the same frame as Mr. Bilal."

Ümit Erdim, who said he was revealing this situation for the first time, indicated that he maintained a constructive attitude despite what happened, stating, "I still sent a thank you message, saying, 'It was a nice job.' But they didn't even bother to respond to that."
