Enpara.com is being transferred from QNB Bank A.Ş. to Enpara Bank A.Ş. through a process that has received the necessary approvals from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) and the Capital Markets Board (SPK). In the process that will begin on September 12, millions of customers' IBAN numbers will change due to legal requirements. A week before the start of the process, the bank has started sending SMS and notifications to its customers.
Enpara.com, operating under QNB Finansbank, is being transferred to Enpara Bank A.Ş., a new subsidiary of QNB Group. With this important transformation, account numbers will be preserved, but IBAN numbers will change. The transition will begin on September 12 and will continue with a second phase on September 26, and if necessary, it will be completed by October 10, 2025.
STARTED SENDING SMS TO CUSTOMERS
One week before the process begins, the bank sent SMS messages to its customers. The message stated that the IBAN change is a legal requirement, and that EFT and SWIFT transfers to old IBANs will be automatically transferred to new accounts for 90 days. However, customers need to log into the Enpara Mobile Branch or internet branch to give a transfer instruction. If no instruction is given, the automatic transfer of funds sent to the old IBAN will not occur.
NO CHANGES IN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Enpara Bank will continue its understanding of "cost-free and advantageous banking."
- EFT, FAST, and money transfer transactions will remain free.
- The Enpara credit card will continue without an annual fee.
- A "deposit bank" license will be used with the support of QNB Group.
- Cards and the mobile branch will be used in the same way.
- Existing bank, credit, and virtual cards will continue to be used with the same number and password.
- The mobile branch will be updated under the name "Enpara Mobile Branch," and logins will still be made with the existing password.
- The Enpara.com credit card will be valid for installment purchases at QNB member merchants.
THE "THREE BANKS, ONE ATM" APPLICATION IS ENDING
Current campaigns will continue, but the "Three banks, one ATM" application will come to an end. From now on, customers will only be able to use QNB ATMs for free.
PLANNED OUTAGES WILL OCCUR AT NIGHT
During the transition, data transfer between systems may cause planned outages at night. The bank will inform its customers before these outages.
TIME TO PREPARE FOR NEW IBAN NUMBERS
There are only a few days left for millions of Enpara users to enter a new era. Although account numbers will not change, customers need to share their new IBAN numbers with those who regularly send money.
