The brother of former minister Fehim Adak, retired judge Nedim Adak, who lives in Bakırköy, Istanbul, was found dead in his home. After the investigation, Adak's body was taken to the morgue. The incident occurred around 15:00 in the ground floor of a 3-storey apartment building on Cevizlik Street in Bakırköy Şenlikköy Neighborhood. According to the information received, the daughter of retired judge Nedim Adak, who is 77 years old and the brother of former Minister of Trade, Public Works, Agriculture and Livestock Fehim Adak, came to her father's house as she could not reach him. FOUND DEAD IN HIS HOMEThe daughter, who could not enter and noticed that there was no sound, informed the 112 Emergency Service. Firefighters and police teams were dispatched upon the notification. Firefighters who arrived at the scene broke the door and entered with the police. The firefighters, along with the police, found Adak motionless in the bathroom. Health teams determined that retired judge Nedim Adak had passed away. NO SIGNS OF ASSAULTIn the investigation conducted by the crime scene investigation teams at the house and on the body, no signs of assault were found. Nedim Adak's body was taken to the Küçükçekmece Gasilhanesi Morgue, affiliated with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Cemeteries Directorate, for burial procedures.
