Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered retaliation against Russia following a Russian drone attack on the Security Service of Ukraine building in central Kyiv. Zelensky, who alleged that the drone directly targeted the office of SBU Chief Oleksandr Poklad, requested a similar response to the attack if possible.

Stating that the drone directly targeted the office of SBU Chief Oleksandr Poklad, Zelensky requested a response similar to the attack if possible.
“AN APPROPRIATE AND CONCRETE RESPONSE SHOULD BE GIVEN” Zelensky stated that he spoke with SBU Chief Oleksandr Poklad after the attack and announced that he had given instructions to respond to Russia once preparations were completed. The Ukrainian President stated that the response should reflect Russia's attack if possible. He also said that the Ukrainian military would support this response.
Volodymyr Zelensky RUSSIAN DRONE HIT SBU BUILDING Zelensky announced that a Russian drone struck the central building of the SBU, located on Volodymyrska Street in the center of Kyiv, opposite the St. Sophia Cathedral. Zelensky claimed that the drone was directed precisely at the office of SBU Chief Poklad within the building.
5 PEOPLE INJURED IN KYIV Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that a fire broke out on the roof of a non-residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district following the attack. In a later statement, it was announced that 5 people were injured in the attack, 4 of whom were hospitalized.
