At the CPAC 2025 Annual Meeting held in the United States, Elon Musk drew attention on stage with a gold chainsaw gifted by Argentine President Javier Milei, who has become a target of opposition in the country following the LIBRA cryptocurrency crisis. Musk stated that he would use this chainsaw to cut through bureaucracy.

American billionaire Elon Musk, an advisor to President Donald Trump, posed on stage with a gold electric saw gifted to him by Argentine President Javier Milei.

HE PUT ON A SHOW ON STAGE

Participating in the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) 2025 Annual Meeting held near Washington, Musk practically "put on a show" on stage.

TO BE USED FOR BUREAUCRACY

Posing on stage with a large gold electric saw gifted to him by Argentine President Milei, Musk shouted, "This saw is for bureaucracy."

Musk, who posed multiple times with the gold saw "gifted to him to cut the bureaucratic excesses in the US administration" received great applause from the attendees.

In an interview at the conference, where he attended wearing sunglasses, Musk addressed the cuts in the federal government and "irregularities," stating that they have prevented many unnecessary expenditures with the support of Trump.

HE PRAISED X

Musk explained that many media organizations were paid without question by the federal government, and once they identified these payments, they cut them off. He expressed that because of this, people are now using the X app, and X is "priceless."

ANSWER TO THE GOLD RESERVE QUESTION

In response to a question about whether there is gold in the Fort Knox gold reserve, Musk replied, "I don't know. We just want to go see and make sure that someone hasn't spray-painted something fake. Is this real gold? Bite the bar..."

Elon Musk also answered "Yes, of course." when asked if he was considering overseeing the Federal Reserve (FED).
