IT REACHED THE POINT OF SELLING OUT IN MINUTES
Due to the abundance of horse mackerel in the seas for the past two days, fishermen started selling it for 75 lira today, which was 100 lira yesterday. Seeing that the price of horse mackerel is cheap, citizens showed great interest in the stalls. The horse mackerel reached the point of selling out in minutes. The interest pleased both the tradesmen and the citizens.
"WHERE A SINGLE BISCUIT COSTS 50 LIRA, FISH IS 75 LIRA"
Fisherman Zeki Beybeyoğlu said, "Horse mackerel has been abundant in the seas for the past two days. Right now, there is an abundance of horse mackerel in all the seas of Zonguldak. That's why horse mackerel was 100 lira yesterday and today it is 75 lira. As you can see, it is enough for every household. Where a single biscuit costs 50 lira, fish is 75 lira. I hope it continues like this, and our people eat plenty of fish. Right now, 75 lira is also reasonable. A salad, a soup, and 1 kilogram of horse mackerel is more than enough for a family," he said.
